Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-17

This is a plain-language disclosure, not formal legal advice. LetItCrash is a small, independently-run learning app. These terms are intentionally simple. Before this app scales to a large user base, the operator should get real legal review of a proper Terms of Service.

What this app is

LetItCrash is a free learning tool for practicing programming exercises, algorithms, and related concepts (proofs, logic, lambda calculus, and more). You create an account with an email address, solve exercises, and the app tracks your progress (streaks, XP, spaced-repetition scheduling) so it can show you relevant material again later.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping access to your email address, since login is via magic link sent to it.
  • Don't share your account or use it to abuse the service (e.g. scripting exercise submissions to spam the AI-hint or grading features).
  • You can stop using the app at any time; contact us if you'd like your account deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

AI-assisted features

Some features (hints, exercise grading feedback, the AI tutor) are powered by third-party large language models (OpenRouter, MiniMax). These are best-effort learning aids, not guaranteed-correct — treat hints and AI feedback as a starting point, not an authoritative answer key.

No warranty

This app is provided "as is," with no uptime or correctness guarantees. It's a learning project, run on a best-effort basis. It may have bugs, exercises may occasionally be graded incorrectly, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Changes

These terms may change as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
